Digital Services: Tiago Systems Official provides digital license keys for proprietary system utilities and privacy software. No physical goods are shipped.
License Grant: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software for personal or professional development and diagnostic purposes.
Usage Restrictions: You may not resell, share, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent the software’s licensing system. Any unauthorized modification or redistribution will result in immediate license termination without notice.
Delivery Policy: License keys are delivered digitally via the customer dashboard or registered email immediately upon payment confirmation. Delivery is considered complete once the digital credential is sent.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards via secure third-party processors and authorized digital assets. All transactions are encrypted and handled by regulated payment providers.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the license key has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws for digital goods.
Security & Liability: The customer is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their license keys and devices. Tiago Systems Official is not liable for losses resulting from user-side security breaches, including malware or unauthorized account access.
Prohibited Activities: Users agree to use the software in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service. Our tools must not be used for fraud, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates international cyber-security regulations.
Termination: We reserve the right to revoke access if fraud, license sharing, or abuse is detected. No refunds will be issued for licenses terminated due to a breach of these terms.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
